VOLUNTEER

PHAMA Foundation is a Kenya registered humanitarian organization and also registered with UN Volunteer online. It has been getting volunteers all over the World volunteering project assignments. The organization was, of late requested by Nile Inter-Development Programme, a South Sudan local NGO to provide humanitarian activities on volunteer basis. The organization has also volunteered in Kenya on Crime prevention through Community Policing

The cornerstone of humanitarian assistance is a combination of sacrifice and compassion. These qualities are not inherent but nurtured. Humanitarian assistance provision at times falters due to lack of these traits. PHAMA Foundation considers volunteerism to be a strong school of sacrifice and compassion. The initiative was adapted as a policy in 2005 by the founding members of the organization.
